What started as making elderberry syrup just for my own family quickly grew into something more when I realized so many other moms shared the same desire for natural, trustworthy wellness support.

What is the shelf life of the product?

Unopened bottles have a shelf life of up to two years. Once opened, the syrup should be refrigerated and is best used within three months.

Do you have a recommended dosage?

The typical daily amount is one teaspoon for children and one tablespoon for adults. During times of increased immune support, some families choose to take it three to four times per day.

What are your local pickup procedures?

Products are always available for same-day pickup. Simply place your order and select pickup at checkout. Orders are in our porch pick up cabinet, which is accessible daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please stop by during that time to collect your order.

I tried this syrup through a friend a couple months back. I was coming up with a cold and she offered me some while implying that this would help me feel better.
